We offer shipping, mailing, packing, mailbox rentals,  virtual mails and all other office/ business-related services.


Yes, we offer a variety of shipping supplies including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and envelopes. You can purchase them online or at our store.


The estimated delivery time for ground shipping is typically 1-5 business days depending on the destination.

How does Safe Box Work?

Once you sign up, we’ll send you an email with instructions on using the service along with your unique Safe Box address. When you place an order online, use this unique address as the shipping destination for your package. Once we receive your package, we’ll send you an email and text letting you know that we received it along with an image of the package. When you visit our store for pickup, sign the receiving copy for your packages. If you live in 89148, 89117, 89135, 89113, 89147 or 89178 and you’re on our Gold Plan, you can also request a delivery to your home between 7pm-10pm every Fridays. Delivery rates apply.

What information do I need to show to open a Safe Box?

USPS requires that each Safebox user fill out a Form 1583. The form is available at the store once you sign up in person. This is to verify the identity of the safe box owner. We are required to see two types of identification that include two of the following:

  • valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card
  • armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card
  • passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
  • current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
  • voter or vehicle registration card
  • home or vehicle insurance policy.

Are there any package size restrictions?

These prices are for in-home delivery. As long as your package fits through our door (which measures 33" wide) we can accept it. 

To ensure that we can fit all of the packages in our vehicle, we have a few size restrictions. If you have a question about your package, please contact us before your purchase. Each of these charges is in addition to any per packages costs associated with your plan. There are no size restrictions for in-store pickup.

  • 36 inches - 47 inches on any side - $5
  • 48 inches - 59 inches on any side - $10
  • 60 inches - 83 inches on any side - $20
  • 84 inches - 95 inches - $30
  • 30lbs - 39lbs - $5
  • 40lbs - 59lbs - $10
  • 60lbs - 79lbs - $20
  • 80lbs - 99lbs - $30
  • If you have a package over 100 lbs or longer than 96 inches, we’ll provide a quote to deliver.

I'm on vacation right now, how long will you hold my packages?

We'll hold your packages for up to 30 days.

What are your store hours?

We are open for pickup Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and on Saturday between 10am - 4pm. Our delivery schedule is every Friday between 7pm-10pm. We’re also closed on Sundays and in observance of most national holidays.  

Can you accept packages that require signatures?

Yes. Also, we are over 21, so we can accept alcohol deliveries. However, we will ask for identification if the package requires you to be over 21 years of age.
